La Lhuiseraie gîte is a house attached to the guest house that we have carefully renovated to accommodate up to 5 travelers . Spacious and well-equipped, the gîte offers privileged access to our magnificent one-hectare park and the swimming pool , making it an ideal choice for a stay with family or friends.
With a total surface area of approximately 100 m2 spread over two floors, this cottage offers a large living room including a lounge area with a large library, a fireplace, a large dining table and a small, well-equipped kitchen. The room opens onto a private terrace , the courtyard, the park and the swimming pool .
In the library, you'll find a varied selection of books (novels, guides, art and travel books, children's books, etc.) as well as numerous board games for all ages. Upstairs, three bedrooms and a shared bathroom await you. The first bedroom, overlooking the courtyard, has a queen-size bed and storage cupboards. The second bedroom, overlooking the village square, has a queen-size bed, a small desk, and cupboards. The last bedroom, also overlooking the village square, has two single beds (90cm).
The 8m2 bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and offers a view of the garden. There is no separate toilet in the accommodation. Organic cotton bed and bath linen is provided, as well as beach towels for the pool .
Our cottage is designed to accommodate families with young children, with a travel cot, high chair, potty, changing mat and step stool available.
The cottage gives you privileged access to our one-hectare wooded park, entirely enclosed by walls, where your children can play in complete safety. Enjoy our swimming pool 10m x 4.5m, relaxation areas under the trees, and numerous play options for children, including a swing, a cabin, mobile football goals, and various accessories. Please note that the swimming pool does not have a safety barrier; supervision of children is your responsibility. The park and the swimming pool are shared with other guests of the guesthouse.

Important note: For direct bookings of the cottage, a deposit of €200 is required upon arrival. This deposit will be returned at the end of the stay, after the inventory has been completed, provided that no damage has been noted.
