The La Lhuiseraie gîte is a house adjoining the guest house that we have carefully renovated to accommodate up to 6 travelers . Spacious and well equipped, the cottage offers privileged access to our magnificent one-hectare park and swimming pool , making it an ideal choice for a stay with family or friends.
With a total area of approximately 100 m2 spread over two floors, this cottage offers a large living room including a lounge area with a large library, a fireplace, a large dining table and a small well-equipped kitchen. The room opens onto a private terrace , the courtyard, the park and the swimming pool .
In the library, you will find a varied selection of books (novels, guides, art and travel books, children's books, etc.) as well as numerous board games for all ages. Upstairs, three bedrooms and a shared bathroom await you.The first bedroom, with a view of the courtyard, offers a 160 cm bed and storage cupboards. The second, with a view of the village square, has a 160 bed, a small desk and cupboards. The last bedroom, also with a view of the village square, offers two single beds (90cm).
The 8m2 bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and offers a view of the garden. There are no separate toilets in the accommodation. Organic cotton bed and bath linen is provided, as well as beach towels for the pool .
Our cottage is designed to accommodate families with young children, with a travel cot, a high chair, a baby potty, a changing mat and a step stool available.
During your stay, a barbecue is available at an additional cost (€10 for the stay), including charcoal and cleaning after your departure.
The lodgegives you privileged access to our one-hectare wooded park, entirely enclosed by walls, where your children can play in complete safety. Take advantage of our 10m x 4.5m swimming pool , relaxation areas under the trees, and the many play possibilities for children, including a swing, a cabin, mobile football goal, and various accessories. Note that the swimming pool does not have a safety barrier, supervision of children is your responsibility. The park and swimming pool are shared with other guests of the guest house.
